From personalized recommendations to automated customer service, AI promises convenience and efficiency. However, the accessibility and predictability of almost anything and everything has also pushed consumer privacy into the zone of vulnerability.

Artificial Intelligence: Causing Alarming Concerns

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a focal point of the human way of existence. This technological marvel, encompassing a diverse array of innovations, has captured attention for its potential to revolutionize human capabilities in information integration, analysis, and utilization. A collaborative effort by KPMG and the University of Queensland in 2023 made an alarming revelation that approximately three out of four consumers worldwide harbor concerns about the potential risks associated with AI.
