We have an excellent reputation for high quality Careers Guidance and information services matched with an enviable record of highly employable graduates and continue to be targeted by many major employers. This can be seen from the placement news published regularly on our website. JIS Group Careers Service's extensive links with employers continues to expand and includes not only multinational and national organizations, but also smaller and local employers. The Group has also tied up with Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise Development Institute, Govt. of India and National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), to mentor students and develop them into future entrepreneurs.

The Careers Support Services can help you find employment while you are here and when you graduate. The Career Support Centre works through specific Training & Placement cells. These cells on each of the main campuses provide services including drop-in CV clinics and practice sessions for psychometric tests, information updates on placement opportunities, organizing on-campus interview. The careers website provides up-to-date information on occupations, employers, further study and training opportunities.

There are also several compulsory separate modules for students to upgrade their skills on aptitude tests, interpersonal skills, data interpretations etc. These modules have been structured keeping in mind the requisites for campus selections by different organizations.

Our Job Connect service plans to connect students with part-time, temporary and vacation work opportunities. Through Job Connect students will also gain experience of interviews and, of course, the world of work itself - both valuable when it comes to competing for a job after completion of course.

Voluntary work can play a key role in your personal and professional development. Our proposed active student scheme offers a wealth of opportunities to make a contribution to the local community. Our students take part in a lot of community activities like counseling, mentoring workshops at schools, IT seminar to middle school students.
